What’s Included in Your Birthday Party Package

We offer two main event packages, and both come with the Cedar Pavilion, the outdoor games, Tiny Town, four bathrooms, event cleanup, and free use of our Marketplace decor. The Set Party Package gives you set hours in the outdoor spaces, with a fixed window of 10 AM to 4 PM or 5 PM to 10 PM. You can add the indoor ballroom and kitchen if you want that flexibility.

The Mega Party Package opens up both indoor and outdoor spaces for eight hours anytime between 10 AM and 11 PM. You also get a personalized photobooth with props and the animals brought to The Corral. Event cleanup is handled by us, so you leave without hauling trash or folding chairs. If you’re serving alcohol, you’ll use our TABC-certified bartender, who carries liability insurance.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. You can bring your own food or hire a professional caterer. You and your guests may bring alcohol, but it must be served by our TABC-certified in-house bartender.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For either the Set Party Package or Mega Party on Friday through Sunday, you can book up to 90 days in advance. Monday through Wednesday bookings open up to six months ahead. 

What’s included in the package?

Both packages include picnic tables, wooden tables, benches, folding tables, and chairs for up to 150 guests. The Cedar Pavilion is a covered dance floor with DJ booth.  The signature red barn has four restrooms, the bartender area, and a cake table.  You also have free use of our Marketplace décor, event cleanup and trash removal, the tree swing, and Tiny Town play area.

Is there parking, and are the spaces accessible?
