Celebrating a fifth birthday or a fiftieth, you need a venue that keeps everyone comfortable. We’ve designed our spaces so toddlers, teens, and grandparents all find their place. 

Indoor Comfort Meets Outdoor Freedom

We give you both the ballroom and the outdoor reception area, so you’re never forced to choose between comfort and fresh air. Our indoor ballroom seats up to 150 guests with chandeliers overhead and heating and AC that keep everyone comfortable, no matter the season.

Step outside and you’ll find seating for another 150 under open sky, with a beverage bar, cake table, and four restrooms, so no one’s hiking across the property. The Cedar Pavilion gives you a covered dance floor, DJ booth, and seating with wooden tables and chairs, all under ceiling fans and a chandelier.

Games and Animals Keep Kids Entertained

Tiny Town is our toddler play area, and it’s a lifesaver for parents with little ones. Older kids head straight for the horseshoes, mini bowling, tree swing, and three porch swings scattered around the property. They’re entertained without screens, and parents get to chat without constantly redirecting energy.

The real showstopper is The Corral. We bring our miniature horses and our zebra, Zoey, near your party so guests can feed, pet, and snap photos for about an hour. What’s Included in Your Birthday Party Package

We offer two main event packages, and both come with the Cedar Pavilion, the outdoor games, Tiny Town, four bathrooms, event cleanup, and free use of our Marketplace decor. The Set Party Package gives you set hours in the outdoor spaces, with a fixed window of 10 AM to 4 PM or 5 PM to 10 PM. You can add the indoor ballroom and kitchen if you want that flexibility.

The Mega Party Package opens up both indoor and outdoor spaces for eight hours anytime between 10 AM and 11 PM. You also get a personalized photobooth with props and the animals brought to The Corral. Event cleanup is handled by us, so you leave without hauling trash or folding chairs. If you’re serving alcohol, you’ll use our TABC-certified bartender, who carries liability insurance.

Planning That Doesn’t Feel Complicated

We don’t pile on vendor surcharges or force you into a preferred caterer list. Bring your own food, hire any professional caterer you trust, or keep it simple with pizza and cake. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. You can bring your own food or hire a professional caterer. You and your guests may bring alcohol, but it must be served by our TABC-certified in-house bartender.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For either the Set Party Package or Mega Party on Friday through Sunday, you can book up to 90 days in advance. Monday through Wednesday bookings open up to six months ahead. 

What’s included in the package?

Both packages include picnic tables, wooden tables, benches, folding tables, and chairs for up to 150 guests. The Cedar Pavilion is a covered dance floor with DJ booth.  The signature red barn has four restrooms, the bartender area, and a cake table.  You also have free use of our Marketplace décor, event cleanup and trash removal, the tree swing, and Tiny Town play area.

Is there parking, and are the spaces accessible?
