Outdoor Ceremony

Our outdoor ceremony area features a stunning 100-year-old oak tree (The Century Tree). Tradition says that if a couple walks together underneath the Century Tree, they will eventually marry — and if a marriage proposal takes place under the tree, the marriage will last forever.

Open Air Ceremony

Our newest ceremony area is an open-air style chapel that is enclosed on 3-sides and overlooks our gorgeous trees. If you want to enjoy the outdoors and also enjoy a chapel-style vibe with antique church pews, this is the perfect spot for you to say “I do”.

Outdoor Reception

Our Red Barn is the centerpiece of this area, surrounded by a wooden deck and a covered pavilion for dancing. When the night falls, our market lights create a cozy and romantic atmosphere for your guests to enjoy the music and the company.

Indoor Reception

We had our baby shower in the banquet room. The venue was perfect for our big family - we had plenty of space to host everyone, a ton of parking, the kitchen made it easy for caterers to serve, and the play place outside was used heavily by the toddlers to let out some energy. Lynae made scheduling and set up so easy. I definitely recommend this space for events big and small!

Fort Worth Country Memories was a dream venue for me. I had been searching for months between Austin and DFW for something that fit my budget, had enough perks, and felt like the style of wedding we were looking for. The dancing was less important to us and we wanted it to feel more like a family reunion than an uptight wedding. I think FWCM was my 7th venue and I knew immediately when I walked down the outdoor aisle that this was our venue. The price fit exactly what we were looking for and I was really pulled to the venue given they have decor you can use, the kids play place, how much outdoor space we had available throughout the day & the onsite newlywed cottage. Our day was perfect & I am so thankful for Lynae & Mark. They addressed every concern and were there for me every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better.

This is hands down the best place to have a wedding. Everything is thought of and Lynae/her husband(im so sorry i forgot his name) walk you step by step through prices, show you the entire grounds. You can have ceremony outdoors or in a little chapel that's awesome and open air in front. Well predecorated banquet room. We had a wedding of just over 100 and it was great. Tyler is a venue person who lives on the grounds and you have his cell for anything you need. The packages offered are very affordable in comparison to other venues, especially with all FWCM has to offer. We did the petting corral and smores. My guests said this was the best wedding ever! Lots of grounds to walk and explore. Lots of picture opportunities. Cozy swings, kids area, yard games. Keep your eye out, lynae has vendors come every so often to make your day easier!! Vendors come to show you their product. Ie cakes, charcuterie, dj, planners etc etc. SO EASY. some of their package include a planning tutorial, which was so handy since i planned this wedding myself. She walks you through timeline and makes you feel great. We loved the barn look and use of space. Gorgeous tables and outdoor lighting. Everything seems to be interchangeable so every wedding can be YOU and not the same as every one else. You will even love the bartender service they use. The only thing i can think of is there is not a shower upstairs in the barn, but if you got a package with the house you can use that one. Just a bummer to decorate then run to house then run up to barn. I'm not complaining, I'm just saying that's the only thing i could say has an opportunity for improvement. Which says a lot! Would highly recommend. We had the absolute best time with the employees, the venue, the communication...all of it.Thanks for the best day ever!!

Stop looking. If you’ve come across FWCM you’ve found your dream wedding venue! Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. The venue needs barely any additional decor, but they have a shed full of donated which you can use for FREE! The outside ceremony is beautiful, we were blessed with perfect Spring weather. But because it’s Texas, there’s an indoor chapel that is JUST as breathtaking! Our families and friends had an absolute blast! We did the weekend package and I can’t stress what a great package this is. It helps so much to be able start setting up Friday afternoon, we did a very informal rehearsal dinner with immediate family and wedding party and set aside the decor we wanted to use. I stayed with my girls in the lodge and I was up and at ‘em at 9:00 Saturday finishing up the set up. Lynea and Mark are always helpful and so very responsive, as is the rest of their team. Can’t give them more stars, but would in a heartbeat! Thank you all for making our special day a dream come true!

$300 – Overnight Lodging

Stay overnight in The Lodge, our fully furnished 2 bedroom and 2 bath accommodations.

$150 – Photo Op to Pond 

We will escort both of you along with your photographer to the other side of the property to take gorgeous photos at our swing, deck, corral, pond, dock, and more.

$150 – Animals to Corral

We bring our miniature horses and our zebra, (Zoey) to the corral near your reception area.  You will have the opportunity to feed, pet, and take pictures for up to an hour.

$100 – Campfire

Cozy up by the fire for some romantic ambiance.  We provide the wood and light the fire for you. Perfect for s’mores!

$100 – Golf Cart Shuttle

We shuttle your guests, wedding party, and the happy couple to the ceremony area.

$200 – Closing Assistant

Closing Assistant to clear tables, take down decorations, load your items, return items to Marketplace, and general closing/cleanup help.

$200 – Advanced Planning Session

This scheduled meeting is up to 2 hours to discuss your day, logistics, customized timeline, and ceremony lineup. 

$300 – Event Cleanup

Take down your decorations, load up everything you brought with you, and place all your trash in the trash cans. We take care of the bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, wiping tables, and put all the tables and chairs back where they belong.

$25 – $50 Chafing Dishes or Electric Food Warmers

Great options when you are bringing your own food.

$20 – Coffee Urns & Beverage Dispensers

We have several options available.

$75 – Dual Sound Systems

One PA system with a corded microphone and one portable audio speaker with Bluetooth, USB, and FM radio.

We supply up to 250lbs of ice for your event.

Use of the reception and ceremony area for 2 hours on a Monday through Wednesday.

$300 – Photo Booth

Use of our lighted Photo Booth set up for 5 hours with props. Pictures will be personalized and can be sent by text or email. You will have access to the entire gallery of pictures to save for all times.

$100 – S’more Bar

Everything you need without the hassle! We will set up a decorative table with all the items to make up to 100 smores and a staff member to help for up to 1 hour.

$100 – Sparkler Send-Off

20” Bamboo Eco-friendly sparklers that burn for 100 seconds. This includes up to 100 sparklers and a staff member to assist with distributing, organizing, lighting, and collecting.

$50 – Lights-in-Motion Send-Off

Use of up to 75 unique, 3 mode, flashing lighted wands. This includes a staff member distributing, organizing, and collecting. Makes for some great pictures!

$1 – $100– Chargers, Linens, Cake or Cupcake Stands. Popcorn Machine, or Hotdog Roller

We have an assortment of rental items to choose from.

$20 – $100 Game Day Rentals

Add games to your event for additional activities.  You have up to 10 Oversized Games to choose from.

  • $500 Refundable security deposit will reserve your date and locks in your pricing
  • This deposit is in addition to the venue rental fee and is refunded 7-14 days after your wedding.
  • Venue rental fee for weddings: 50% due 180 days with the balance due 90 days prior to your wedding
  • Venue rental fee for events: 50% due upon signing contract balance due 30 days prior to your event
  • Payment schedule will be determined on an individual basis for weddings scheduled less than 180 days.
  • Installment payments are allowed
  • Payments in person can be cash, check, credit or debit card
  • Payments made online can be credit card or bank account
  • No security guards required – Event insurance optional
  • No vendor surcharges-
    Bring your own food or use any professional caterer
  • You or your guests can bring in alcohol – Teresa’s Bartending Service is required to serve alcohol
    $40/hr minimum 4 hrs (require 1 hour prior to event time)
  • Military bonus $ credit for rental item and date change fee waived for all active military

The latest guests can stay is 11pm or sooner based on the package selected.
