This is the perfect alternative to a “Courthouse” Wedding. Perform your ceremony in a picture-perfect setting without breaking the bank.

We provide golf cart shuttle services for your guests, the wedding party, and the newlyweds to the ceremony location.

Advance Planning Session
Advanced Planning Session is an up to 2 hour in-person planning session. This session is an excellent opportunity to bring family and helpers to view the venue and assist in planning your big day. During this session, we will help organize your day, discuss logistics, create a personalized timeline, and plan the ceremony sequence.

Photobooth with Props
Enjoy the Photobooth with props the day of your wedding. Your images will be personalized with your information and can be delivered through text or email. You’ll also have access to a gallery of your pictures to save forever to commemorate your big day!

Marketplace & Rentals
Our “Marketplace” provides complimentary access to a range of decorations, including signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, flowers, wood rounds, and arbor drapes, among many others. Additionally, we have a diverse selection of items available for rent on-site to help you save both time and money.

Event Cleanup
We handle the cleanup, including trash disposal, bathroom maintenance, sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables, and rearranging furniture. For additional support, consider our Closing Assistance service, which includes clearing tables, removing decorations, loading your belongings, returning items to the “Marketplace,” and more.

Other Things You Should Know:
- Refundable security deposit – Reserves your date and locks in your pricing. This deposit is in addition to the venue rental fee and is refunded 7-14 days after your wedding.
- Venue rental fee and deposit vary per package.
- Payment schedule will be determined on an individual basis for weddings scheduled less than 120 days.
- Installment payments are allowed
- Payments in person can be cash, check, credit or debit card
- Payments made online can be credit card or bank account
- Payments may also be sent via Zelle or Venmo
- No security guards required – Event insurance optional
- No vendor surcharges
- Bring your own food or use any professional caterer
- You or your guests can bring in alcohol
- Our Bartending Service is required to serve alcohol. The bartender will be TABC certified and carry liability insurance. $250 for 1/2 hour setup, 4 hours serving, and 1/2 hour tear-down, with additional hours being billed at $50/hr
- Military Bonus: $100 credit for rental items
