Available from 11 AM to 11 PM, it offers a comfortable overnight stay and ensures a memorable experience, allowing you to fully embrace your special day.

The “Sunlight”
For those who wish to savor their wedding day at a leisurely pace, this package is perfect. It grants access to the venue from noon until 11 p.m., providing ample time for both the ceremony and reception. You and your guests are sure to appreciate the stunning venue and the dedicated service provided by our staff.

Our packages provide a cozy and sophisticated setting for your wedding, ensuring your special day is memorable. Our “Happening Soon” Package or our “Ceremony Only” option allows you to choose a package tailored to fit your preferences and budget. The base package can easily be modified to fit your guest count and venue access time frame.

Other Things You Should Know:
- $500 Refundable security deposit – Reserves your date and locks in your pricing. This deposit is in addition to the venue rental fee and is refunded 7-14 days after your wedding.
- Venue rental fee: 50% due 180 days with the balance due 90 days prior to your wedding
- Payment schedule will be determined on an individual basis for weddings scheduled less than 180 days.
- Installment payments are allowed
- Payments in person can be cash, check, credit or debit card
- Payments made online can be credit card or bank account
- No security guards required – Event insurance optional
- No vendor surcharges
- Bring your own food or use any professional caterer
- You or your guests can bring in alcohol
- Our Bartending Service is required to serve alcohol. The bartender with be TABC certified and carry liability insurance. $250 for 1/2 hour setup, 4 hours serving, and 1/2 hour tear-down, with additional hours being billed at $50/hr
