  • Enjoy our Signature red barn for an outdoor reception area with a wooden deck, picnic tables, wooden tables, folding tables, and chairs for up to 150 guests
  • Cedar pavilion covered dance floor

Dressing Area Options:

  • The Loft, our upstairs 3 room dressing area
  • The Den, our small additional dressing area

Ceremony Options:

  • Open ceremony area with white arbor, brown wooden doors, wooden walkway, white benches, and bluetooth speaker
  • “Open Air” Chapel, our covered ceremony area is closed on 3-sides and features 12 antique church pews

Lodging Option:

  • The Lodge our fully furnished 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms

Mega Party Package

  • Access to the venue for up to 8 hours – Event times are between 10am – 11pm
  • Up to 150 guests

The 501CE, Church and School Function Packages

  • Access to the property from 10 AM to 3 PM or 4 PM to 9 PM (event times are set)
  • Sunday through Friday
  • Not available on Saturday – Limits may apply
  • Cannot be booked more than 75 days in advance

Other Things You Should Know:

  • No security guards required
  • Event insurance optional
  • No vendor surcharges
  • Bring your own food or professional caterer
  • You or your guests can bring alcohol
  • Teresa’s Bartending Service required to serve the alcohol – $40/hr minimum 4 hrs (1 hour needed for setup)
  • Credit Card authorization form required for incidentals
  • Venue rental fee: 50% due at signing with balance due 30 days prior to event
  • Payments in person can be cash, check, or credit or debit card
  • Payments made online can be credit card or bank account
  • 5% discount if paid in full at signing with check or cash
