Other Things You Should Know
- No security guards required – No vendor surcharges
- Event insurance optional
- Bring your own food or use any professional caterer
- You or your guests can bring alcohol into venue
- Our Bartender service is required to serve alcohol. The
bartender will be TABC certified and carry liability insurance at $250 for 1/2 hr setup, 4 hours of serving, and 1/2 hr tear-down additional hours required will be billed at $50/hr
- Holidays are charged at Saturday rate
- A $200 Refundable Security Deposit is required to reserve your date and locks in pricing. This deposit is in addition to the venue rental and is refunded 7-14 days after your event.
- Venue fee: $200 upon signing contract, then 50% due 60 days and balance due 30 days before event date
- Payments in person can be cash, check, credit, or debit card
- Payments made online can be by credit card or bank account
