All packages include:

Included in all our event packages at no additional cost for up to 150 guests:

  • Enjoy our signature red barn for an outdoor reception with a wooden deck, picnic tables, wooden tables, benches, folding tables and chairs
  • Cedar pavilion is our covered dance floor
  • 4 bathrooms
  • Multiple decorative photo op areas
  • Free use of any decoration from our Marketplace
  • Event cleanup and trash removal
  • Tree swing, Horseshoes, Mini Bowling, and Tiny Town (our toddler play area)

Indoor option:

  • Indoor ballroom seats up to 150 guests features chandeliers, heating, air conditioning, tablecloths, Bluetooth speaker, and full kitchen (included with Mega Party package)

Dressing Area Options:

  • The Loft, our upstairs large dressing area
  • The Den, our small additional dressing area

Ceremony Options:

  • Open ceremony area with white arbor, brown wooden doors, wooden walkway, white benches, and Bluetooth speaker
  • “Open Air” Chapel, our covered ceremony area is closed on 3-sides, features 12 antique church pews

The 501CE, Church and School Function Packages

  • Access to the property from 10 AM to 3 PM or 4 PM to 9 PM (event times are set)
  • Sunday through Friday
  • Not available on Saturday – Limits may apply
  • Cannot be booked more than 75 days in advance

Other Things You Should Know

  • No security guards required – No vendor surcharges
  • Event insurance optional
  • Holidays are charged at Saturday rate
  • Bring your own food or use any professional caterer
  • You or your guests can bring alcohol into venue
  • Our Bartender service is required to serve alcohol. The

    bartender will be TABC certified and carry liability insurance at $200 for 1/2 hr setup, 4 hours of serving, and 1/2 hr tear-down

  • $200 Refundable Security Deposit is required
  • Venue fee: $200 upon signing contract then 50% due 60 days and balance due 30 days prior to event date
  • Payments in person can be cash, check, credit or debit card
  • Payments made online can be credit card or bank account
