- No security guards required – No vendor surcharges
- Event insurance optional
- Holidays are charged at Saturday rate
- Bring your own food or use any professional caterer
- You or your guests can bring alcohol into venue
- Our Bartender service is required to serve alcohol. The
bartender will be TABC certified and carry liability insurance at $200 for 1/2 hr setup, 4 hours of serving, and 1/2 hr tear-down
- $200 Refundable Security Deposit is required
- Venue fee: $200 upon signing contract then 50% due 60 days and balance due 30 days prior to event date
- Payments in person can be cash, check, credit or debit card
- Payments made online can be credit card or bank account
