A Reunion Setting That Gives Everyone Room to Breathe

With space for up to 150 guests, our indoor and outdoor areas give your family room to reconnect without feeling crowded. The Outdoor Reception Area and Ballroom each seat 150, so everyone can gather comfortably, move freely, and enjoy meaningful conversations throughout your reunion in Fort Worth, Texas.

Indoor and Outdoor Spaces That Work Together

One of the reasons Dallas families host reunions here is flexibility. Our Outdoor Reception Area seats up to 150 guests and includes a beverage serving bar, cake table, refrigerator, cooler, and ice machine. With four restrooms nearby and folding tables available, it is easy to set up for lunch, dinner, or a full afternoon of visiting.

If you want indoor comfort, our Ballroom seats up to 150 and features chandeliers, heating and AC, a Bluetooth speaker, an antique table, tablecloths, and a full kitchen. That combination matters during a Texas summer or when you want a more formal meal setup.

The Cedar Pavilion gives you a covered dance floor and DJ or music area, along with covered seating that includes wooden tables and chairs. There is also a wooden couples table under a chandelier with ceiling fans. The extended deck includes wooden picnic tables, wooden tables with benches and 500ft of string lights.  Families often use this space for music, line dancing, or group announcements, while others gather nearby.

A Support Space That Keeps Things Organized

We offer space for cake & food setup, antique bar, bathrooms, and dressing areas. The Loft upstairs includes seven lighted mirrors, seating, two private dressing rooms, and heating and AC. The Den offers an additional area with bar stools, a large mirror, and heating and AC. For reunion hosts who want a place to change outfits, organize personal items, or simply take a quiet break, those spaces make a difference.

Built-In Activities for All Ages

Reunions are about generations. That is why families appreciate the simple activities already on site. Guests can enjoy horseshoes, mini bowling, a tree swing, three porch swings, and our Tiny Town toddler play area.

For something memorable, you can include time at The Corral. Our miniature horses and zebra, Zoey, are brought near your reception area for about an hour so guests can feed, pet, and take photos. It becomes a natural gathering point, especially for younger cousins and grandparents who love a good photo moment.

Decor and Photo Spots Without Extra Stress

Every event package includes free use of décor from The Marketplace. You will have access to signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, flowers, wood rounds, arbor drapes, and more. Families often use these pieces to create a memory table with old photos or highlight a family milestone.

Multiple decorative photo spots like the white arbor, a bridge, 52 Ford Tractor, Volkswagen Flower Bug, Triumph Spitefire, decorative wall with double doors and more are spaced throughout the property making group pictures easier. Instead of squeezing everyone into one corner, you can spread out and capture different generations comfortably.

Food and Beverage Freedom

Family reunions come with favorite recipes. Our open vendor policy allows you to bring your own food or hire any professional caterer. There are no vendor surcharges.
