Indoor and Outdoor Spaces That Adapt to Your Agenda

The Ballroom accommodates up to 150 people with chandeliers, climate control, and a full kitchen. You can arrange theater style seating for presentations, set up rounds for lunch, or clear the floor for networking sessions. The space includes tablecloths, a Bluetooth speaker, and direct access to our outdoor areas.

Outside, the cedar pavilion offers a covered space with wooden tables and chairs, perfect for breakout discussions or casual meals. The outdoor reception area can accommodate up to 150 and includes a beverage bar, refrigerator, cooler, and ice machine. Folding tables are available so you can create registration stations, buffet lines, or small group zones. Four restrooms serve both indoor and outdoor guests.

Open Vendor Policy and Full Kitchen Access

We follow an open vendor policy with no surcharges. Bring your own catering team, hire a local caterer, or arrange for a food truck. Our full kitchen gives your vendor prep space, refrigeration, and cleanup access. If you’re serving alcohol, we require service by our TABC certified bartender, who carries liability insurance. You and your guests may bring your own beer, wine, or spirits.

What’s Included in Your Event Package

Our Mega Party Package includes eight hours of venue access, event cleanup, a personalized photobooth with props, our miniature horses & zebra brought to the corral for a team building activity, and up to 250 pounds of free ice. You also get free use of décor from our marketplace, multiple photo op spots, and no requirement for security guards. Event insurance is optional.

Our Set Party Package covers six hours in outdoor spaces only, with options to add the indoor ballroom if your agenda expands. Both packages accommodate up to 150 guests. We also offer a package for nonprofit organizations, available Sunday through Friday in five-hour blocks.

Plan Your Day Around Team Needs

A typical retreat might start with coffee and pastries in the ballroom, move to a morning session with theater seating, break for lunch under the pavilion, then reconvene indoors for afternoon workshops. Teams often finish with a happy hour around the outdoor bar or under the cedar pavilion.

If your schedule includes team building, you have access to horseshoes, mini bowling, and porch swings. The Loft and Den, located in our barn, can serve as private breakout rooms. The Loft offers seven lighted mirrors, seating, and two private dressing rooms with climate control. The Den includes seating, bar stools, and a large mirror for a more intimate setting.

Extend Your Retreat with On-Site Lodging

Our Lodge accommodates up to eight guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It includes front and back decks with a grill, two TVs with Amazon Prime, and a kitchen stocked with dishes, cookware, and coffee supplies. Leadership teams often use the Lodge to debrief after the event or to prep the morning without commuting.
