Fort Worth Country Memories offers an open-air chapel enclosed on three sides with twelve antique church pews, a wooden walkway, and an octagon arch, seating up to 90 guests for ceremonies. The property flows naturally from the chapel to an outdoor reception area and cedar pavilion for up to 150 guests, with an indoor ballroom as a weather backup, two getting-ready spaces, and an open vendor policy for catering.

Your Whole Wedding Day, Not Just a Single Moment

The open-air chapel is where your ceremony begins, but it is not where your day ends. From getting ready in the dressing rooms to dancing under the cedar pavilion, every part of your wedding flows naturally within one property, with the same team supporting you throughout.

The Chapel Itself

The open-air chapel is enclosed on three sides, which gives you a true sense of shelter without feeling sealed off from the property. Inside, twelve antique church pews line the wooden walkway leading to the octagon arch. The chapel can seat up to 90, depending on the size of guests and the number of small children.

How Guests Move Through the Day

After the ceremony, your guests can flow naturally to the outdoor reception area, which can accommodate up to 150 and includes a bar setup, a cake table, a refrigerator, a cooler, and an ice machine already on site. From there, the cedar pavilion with its covered dance floor, chandelier-lit couples table, and ceiling fans takes over for the reception portion of the evening. 

If the weather does not cooperate, the indoor ballroom handles the same 150 guest count with chandeliers overhead, full climate control, and a complete kitchen. Moving indoors is a real option, not an afterthought, because you have multiple ceremony and reception spaces available under one booking.

Getting Ready on the Property

We often hear that the getting-ready experience sets the tone for the whole day. The Loft includes seven lighted mirrors, two private dressing rooms, seating, and heating and AC. It is located upstairs in the barn, which serves as a support space rather than an event space. The Den provides a second getting-ready area with barstools, a large mirror, seating, and climate control. No one is competing for mirror space or waiting in a hallway, which matters more than most couples expect until the morning arrives.

What Is Included with Your Booking

Every wedding package includes an advanced planning session with our team, on-site venue support present throughout your event, and a closing assistant for the end of the evening. Free use of The Marketplace, our decoration shed stocked with signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, wood rounds, arbor drapes, and more, is included for every couple. So are up to 250 lbs of ice, event cleanup, and a personalized photobooth with props.

The Weekender package adds two nights in The Lodge, which sleeps up to eight guests, plus rehearsal access the day before from noon to 10 pm. The Overnighter package gives you one night in The Lodge covers the full day from 11am to 11pm.  The Sunlight package covers the full wedding day from Noon to 11 pm. Intimate wedding packages include up to 50 guests, with the option to increase the guest count for an additional fee.

Food, Bar, and Vendor Policy

Fort Worth Country Memories has an open vendor policy. You can bring your own food or hire any professional caterer you choose, with no vendor surcharges applied. If you plan to serve alcohol, all service must go through our TABC-certified in-house bartender, who carries liability insurance. That bartender service is available as part of or alongside every package and scheduled by the venue.

Can we bring our own caterer? 

Yes. The venue has an open vendor policy. You can bring your own food or work with any professional caterer of your choice. No vendor surcharges apply.

How does alcohol service work? 

You and your guests may bring alcohol. All service, however, must be handled by the venue’s TABC-certified in-house bartender, who carries liability insurance. 

What does the payment schedule look like? 

A $500 refundable security deposit holds your date and locks in your pricing. Standard packages require 50 percent of the balance 180 days before the wedding, and the remainder 90 days before. Installment arrangements are available.
