We are not a traditional barn venue. Our barn is used as a support space for cake, drinks, restrooms, and dressing areas, while your celebration happens in our outdoor and indoor event areas. Keeping those support areas separate helps the main event feel more organized from start to finish.

The Indoor Ballroom seats up to 150 and features chandeliers, heating and AC, a Bluetooth speaker, a couples table, tablecloths, and a full kitchen. That means you have heating and AC for comfort and a Bluetooth speaker available without complicating your setup.

If you prefer an outdoor setting, our Outdoor Reception Area includes seating for up to 150, a beverage serving bar, a cake table, a refrigerator, a cooler, an ice machine, and four restrooms available on the property. Folding tables are available, so you can configure the layout around your guest list.

A covered pavilion made for dancing and music

For parties where music and dancing are part of the plan, the Cedar Pavilion offers a covered dance floor and a covered DJ or music area. There is also covered seating with wooden tables and chairs, accented with a chandelier with ceiling fans overhead.  The open-air deck has wooden picnic tables, wooden tables with benches set under over 500ft of string lights.

All event packages include picnic tables, wooden tables, benches, folding tables, and chairs. You also receive free use of decor from The Marketplace, including signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, flowers, wood rounds, arbor drapes, and more. Additional rental items are available on site.

Event cleanup and trash removal are included, so you’re not left handling the final sweep at the end of the night.

Package options that fit your timeline

Our Set Party Package offers access to all outdoor spaces, with rental windows of 10 am to 4 pm or 5 pm to 10 pm. Cleanup is included, and you can add the Indoor Ballroom and kitchen for an additional fee.

The Mega Party Package provides access to both indoor and outdoor spaces with an 8-hour rental anytime between 10 am and 11 pm. It includes cleanup, a photobooth with props, animals brought to The Corral, and a Bluetooth speaker.

For 501(c)(3) churches, schools, and charities, we offer fixed time slots of 10 am to 3 pm or 4 pm to 9 pm, available Sunday through Friday, with booking up to 75 days in advance.
