Two Nights On Site Changes Everything

Our Weekender package includes two nights at The Lodge, with check-in at noon the day before your wedding and check out at 10:00 a.m. the day after. You also have venue access from noon to 10:00 p.m. the day before for rehearsal time, and full wedding day access from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Lodge accommodates up to 8 overnight guests and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are front and back decks with a backyard grill, a kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware, and a coffee setup ready for your morning. Instead of driving in early and feeling behind, you wake up on the property and ease into the day.

Indoor and Outdoor Ceremony Options in One Place

Every weekend package includes both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception areas. That means you can design your day with confidence.

Our Open Ceremony Area features a white arbor, brown wooden doors, and a wooden walkway with white benches for your guests. The Open Air Chapel is covered and closed on three sides, with 12 antique church pews and an octagonal arch.

For receptions, the Outdoor Reception Area seats up to 150 guests and includes a beverage serving bar, cake table, refrigerator, cooler, ice machine, and four restrooms. The Indoor Ballroom also seats up to 150 and features chandeliers, heating and AC, a Bluetooth speaker, a couples table with tablecloths, and a full kitchen.

If the weather changes, you have indoor options available, including the Indoor Ballroom. If it is clear and beautiful, you stay outdoors. The flexibility is already built in.

A Pavilion Made for Dancing and Flow

The Cedar Pavilion gives you a covered dance floor and DJ or music area, plus covered seating with wooden tables and chairs. There is also a wooden couples’ table under a chandelier with ceiling fans.

We want to be clear about how our property is set up. We are not an event barn venue. The barn is a support space for cake setup, bartender service, bathrooms, and dressing areas. Wedding events are not held inside the barn. We do not hold wedding events inside the barn.

For getting ready, you will use The Loft and The Den. The Loft is upstairs and includes seven lighted mirrors, seating, two private dressing rooms, and heating and AC. The Den offers additional seating, bar stools, a large mirror, and heating and AC. These spaces were updated to feel comfortable and functional for wedding day preparations.

Planning Support and Built-In Extras

Our weekend packages include an advanced planning session, an on-site venue support, and a closing assistant. Event cleanup is included, along with free use of decor from The Marketplace and up to 250 pounds of ice.

The Marketplace decor library includes signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, flowers, wood rounds, and arbor drapes. You are welcome to use these items at no additional cost, and more rental items are available on site. We also include a personalized photobooth with props, golf cart shuttling for guests and the wedding party, and the couple’s photo opportunity at the pond.

Vendor Freedom and Clear Alcohol Guidelines

You may bring your own food or hire a professional caterer. There are no vendor surcharges. You and your guests may bring alcohol, but it must be served by our TABC-certified bartender, who carries liability insurance.
