How Fort Worth Country Memories Creates Stunning Indoor Receptions

Some people associate country venues with barn weddings, but Fort Worth Country Memories offers a variety of dedicated event spaces. Ceremonies can take place in the Open-Air Chapel or outdoor ceremony areas, while receptions are hosted in spaces such as the Indoor Ballroom and Cedar Pavilion. The barn serves as a support area with dressing rooms, bathrooms, and spaces for cake and beverage service. Together, these spaces accommodate celebrations with up to 150 guests.

Fort Worth Country Memories offers indoor wedding receptions for up to 150 guests in a chandelier-lit ballroom with heating and air conditioning, a full kitchen, and two separate dressing areas allowing both sides of the wedding party to prepare simultaneously. Bookings include planning support, decor from an on-site library, up to 250 pounds of ice, a golf cart photo trip to the pond, and an open catering vendor policy, with alcohol service handled by a TABC-certified in-house bartender.

The Spaces That Make an Indoor Reception Work

The ballroom has chandeliers that add elegance to the reception space. Two dedicated dressing areas mean both sides of the wedding party can be prepped simultaneously. The Cedar Pavilion adds a covered dance floor and outdoor flow. Together, these spaces provide options for different parts of the wedding day.

A Ballroom Built for the Full Guest Count

The indoor ballroom seats up to 150 guests beneath a set of chandeliers that create the warm, layered lighting couples typically spend extra budget trying to achieve with rental equipment. Heating and air conditioning keep the room comfortable regardless of the Texas forecast.

Climate-Controlled Weddings Receptions

A couple’s table, tablecloths, a full kitchen, and a Bluetooth speaker are all included. The full kitchen gives your caterer a dedicated workspace during the event.

Two Dressing Areas, Zero Scheduling Conflicts

Dedicated dressing areas can make wedding day preparations more comfortable and organized. The Loft sits upstairs in the red barn and has seven lighted mirrors, two private dressing rooms, seating, and its own heating and air conditioning.

The Den functions independently as a second dressing area with a large mirror, bar stools, seating, and heating and air conditioning. Both sides of the wedding party can prep at the same time, in actual privacy, and both spaces provide seating, mirrors, and dedicated preparation areas.

What Your Booking Covers

Every main wedding package includes a planning session, on-site venue support throughout your event, a closing assistant, and full cleanup at the end of the night. Free decor from The Marketplace is included with every booking: signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, flowers, wood rounds, and arbor drapes, among other items.

Up to 250 lbs of free ice, a personalized photobooth with props, and golf cart shuttling for guests and the wedding party are also included. If you want miniature horses and Zoey the zebra brought near the reception so guests can feed and photograph them, that experience is available as part of the package or as an add-on.

Open Vendors, Your Caterer, One Bartender Requirement

We do not lock you into a catering contract. You can bring your own food or hire any professional caterer with no vendor surcharges. Alcohol is welcome at the event. The one firm policy: all alcohol must be served by our TABC-certified in-house bartender, who carries liability insurance.

That requirement exists to protect you and your guests, and the bartender’s service fee is disclosed when you request pricing. The Weekender and Overnight package includes up to 5 hours of bartender service. Other packages offer it as an add-on.

The Pond Photo Opportunity and the Cedar Pavilion

After the reception dinner, the golf cart ride to the pond gives couples and their photographer a completely different setting without leaving the property. Perfect to capture that just-married glow!

The covered Cedar Pavilion, meanwhile, offers a chandelier-lit couples table, ceiling fans, wooden tables with chairs, and a covered DJ and dance floor area, which makes it easy to move between indoor and outdoor moments during the evening.

Is alcohol allowed, and how does that work?

You and your guests may bring alcohol. All alcohol must be served by our TABC-certified in-house bartender, who carries liability insurance. A separate bartender service fee applies. The Weekender and Overnighter package includes the initial bartender time; other packages offer it as an add-on.
