What Makes Fort Worth Country Memories a Top Corporate Venue in TX

Corporate events do not need to happen in a conference room. If your team is somewhere near Fort Worth or the greater DFW area, we’d love to show you what a different kind of setting can do for a company gathering, a client appreciation event, or a staff celebration.

Fort Worth Country Memories hosts corporate events for up to 150 guests across an indoor ballroom with a full kitchen and a covered Cedar Pavilion for breakout sessions or receptions, with tables, chairs, and event cleanup included in every package. An open catering vendor policy allows companies to bring their own food or hire any professional caterer with no vendor surcharges, alcohol service runs through a TABC-certified bartender, and add-ons include the Corral animal experience and overnight lodging in The Lodge for up to eight guests.

At Fort Worth Country Memories, we host corporate events along with a wide range of other celebrations each year. We focus on making sure every group has both function and comfort in one place.

A Venue Built for Groups That Want More Than Four Walls

Some company gatherings need a table and a projector. Others need space to actually breathe. Fort Worth Country Memories gives corporate groups both an indoor ballroom and a covered outdoor pavilion, so your event has room to move, eat, mingle, and wind down without everyone crowding into a single room.  We host up to 150 guests on one property without having to juggle locations.

Spaces That Give Your Group Room to Breathe

We have two primary event spaces, and they work well together or independently, depending on your group size and format. The indoor ballroom seats up to 150, includes chandeliers, heating and air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a Bluetooth speaker. If your event calls for a meal, a presentation area, or simply a clean, comfortable interior, the ballroom handles it well.

Outside, the Cedar Pavilion adds covered space with a dedicated dance floor, a covered DJ or music area, wooden tables with chairs, ceiling fans, and a wooden main table under a chandelier. For corporate use, think of it as a natural breakout zone, a cocktail reception space, or an evening lounge area that keeps guests comfortable without bringing everyone back indoors.

The combination of indoor and outdoor space means your event has room to move. Guests aren’t stacked in one room. There’s flow, which matters when you’re managing a team dinner, a client reception, or a company milestone celebration.

What Comes With Every Event Booking

Every event package includes seating and tables for up to 150 guests, the Cedar Pavilion as a covered gathering and dance area, four restrooms, event cleanup and trash removal, and free use of our Marketplace decor library. That last item is worth noting. The Marketplace includes signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, wood rounds, and arbor drapes. For a branded or themed corporate event, those pieces give your team or planner something to work with without sourcing everything from scratch.

The outdoor games area, including horseshoes, mini bowling, a tree swing, and the Tiny Town play area, can double as informal team activity stations. If your event includes families or a casual end of the evening, those amenities are already there.

Food, Beverage, and Catering Flexibility

We keep our food and beverage policy straightforward. You’re welcome to bring your own food, or you can hire any professional caterer you choose. There are no vendor surcharges. That means your catering budget stays with your caterer, not with us.

If your event includes alcohol, our TABC-certified bartender handles service. This is required for any event where alcohol is served, and it covers liability on our end, so you don’t have to manage that piece separately.

Two Extras Worth Knowing About

For Mega Party events, we bring our miniature horses and Zoey, our zebra, near the reception area for about an hour. Guests can feed them, take photos, and enjoy something genuinely different from the usual company gathering.

If your event runs late or your key people are traveling in, the Lodge sleeps up to eight and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a back deck with a grill, and Wi-Fi. One property handles everything.

Conclusion

Whether you’re planning a year-end celebration, a client dinner, a team appreciation event, or a smaller leadership retreat, we’re glad to walk you through what each package includes and help you find the right fit.
