Overnight Accommodations
Relish the serene tranquility of "The Lodge," offering fully furnished accommodations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will have access for two nights from noon the day of until 10am the day after your wedding.

Couples Photo Op to Pond
We will guide you and your photographer across the property to capture stunning photographs at our swing, deck, corral, pond, dock, and beyond.

Animals to Corral
We will bring our miniature horses and zebra, Zoey, to the corral adjacent to your reception area. There, you will have the opportunity to feed, pet, and take photos with them for up to an hour.

Marketplace & Rentals
Our "Marketplace" provides complimentary access to a range of decorations, including signs, mason jars, vases, lanterns, greenery, flowers, wood rounds, and arbor drapes, among many others. Additionally, we have a diverse selection of items available for rent on-site to help you save both time and money.

Golf Cart Shuttling
We provide shuttle services for your guests, the wedding party, and the newlyweds to the ceremony location.

Advance Planning Session
Advanced Planning Session is an up to 2 hour in-person planning session. This session is an excellent opportunity to bring family and helpers to view the venue and assist in planning your big day. During this session, we will help organize your day, discuss logistics, create a personalized timeline, and plan the ceremony sequence.

Bartender
Our bartender service is required for serving alcohol. This package includes a half-hour setup, four hours of service, and a half-hour teardown. Any additional hours will be at $50 per hour. The bartender will be TABC certified and carry liability insurance

Onsite Venue Manger/ Closing Assistance & Event Cleanup
Enjoy a work-free wedding day! Our Venue Manager will assist with any special requirements. Closing Assistance is available to clear tables, remove decorations, load your belongings, return items to the "Marketplace," and more. We also handle trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, table wiping, and reorganizing tables and chairs to their original places.

Photobooth with props
Enjoy the Photobooth with props the day of your wedding. Your images will be personalized with your information and can be delivered through text or email. You'll also have access to a gallery of your pictures to save forever to commemorate your big day!

Other Things You Should Know:
- $500 Refundable security deposit - Reserves your date and locks in your pricing. This deposit is in addition to the venue rental fee and is refunded 7-14 days after your wedding.
- Venue rental fee: 50% due 180 days with the balance due 90 days prior to your wedding
- Payment schedule will be determined on an individual basis for weddings scheduled less than 180 days.
- Installment payments are allowed
- Payments in person can be cash, check, credit or debit card
- Payments made online can be credit card or bank account
- No security guards required - Event insurance optional
- No vendor surcharges
- Bring your own food or use any professional caterer
- You or your guests can bring in alcohol
- Our Bartending Service is required to serve alcohol. The bartender with be TABC certified and carry liability insurance. $250 for 1/2 hour setup, 4 hours serving, and 1/2 hour tear-down, with additional hours being billed at $50/hr
